Once you get settled, it’s easy to get buried in work. Literally. Junk accumulates because we don’t have anywhere to put it. You’ve got a filing cabinet. Use it! But a weekend trip to Ikea isn’t necessary. Garage sales are great places to find used treasures.

Or why not have existing furniture pull double duty? Coffee tables with drawers or stackable wicker boxes can easily store your business records and inventory. Consider floor-to-ceiling bookshelves or wall shelves to save space and add a stylish touch to your office.

Closets, garages and attics are adequate storage spaces as well. Just be careful to not let them become garbage graveyards.
