You may have heard of Facebook fan pages, where users can “fan” rather than “friend” a corporation, product, person, etc. It’s just another way of connecting with the audience.

As with groups, be sure to become a fan of pages that are relevant to your industry or important to your audience. Most of all, consider creating a page about your own business/product/event. If your company’s Facebook profile has an actual face, creating a fan page for something specific is a smart branding move.
